Bill Ghriskey is part of the Nobska Capital Management group while also serving as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Ingalls & Snyder.

Bill was past President and Chairman of the Investment Counsel Association of America. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his MBA from Rutgers University.
